Returns and print issues

Made-to-order returns

Each shirt is printed for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a color preference, or an incorrectly selected size. Please use our size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not the item you ordered, email admin@oddlyspecificshirts.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed issue, at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us before sending anything back. A physical return is generally not necessary for a confirmed print defect. Do not return packages to the print facility without instructions.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately with your order number. We can only cancel or change an order before it enters production.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
